Ordering Procedure


Presently we except orders through via telephone. For security precautions for our customers we do not at this time utilize the shopping cart function. Instead orders or requested product information can be processed by either calling us at 423-349-4474 or by emailing us your telephone number and we will call you. This makes the transaction more secure, plus, you get to place the order with a real live person!  Remember, if you cannot talk to a real person when placing an order...........you can bet the farm you won't be able to talk to a real person after the sale, should a problem arise. Cancellation policy: Cancellations are allowed up to time of shipment.

 Refund policy: Refund of purchase is permitted up to seven days of accepting delivery. Refunds will be made when the item is returned and received by us in the same condition that it was received. Metal Detectors which have been used cannot be returned, since they can no longer be sold as new! Shipping charges are not included in the refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The customer is to contact us before returning any item.
